For the first time as a Chinese chef, Shu is proudly working with a Chinese wine maker who is missioned to break stereotypes and pushing bounderies, a philosophy that is also rooted in Shu’s culinary background. You will be savouring the most authentic Chinese flavours and creative modern twist on dishes such as Mapo Tofu, Hui Guo Rou, Suan La Tang.
