A mushroom themed pop up dinner party running since 2023
We step into the magic of mushroom world: smoky stir fried, press and pan grilled, or simply light pickled, each time we discover more about this majestic creature.

Petal Maitake, Yellow Enoki, Golden Wood Ear, Lion’s Mane, Pink Oyster, Brown Shimeji, Porcini & Morel
Dinner is set to discover the possibility of incorporate native ingrediants such as Davidson plum, Sea Purslane in the cooking. From dressing up with the native herbs to stir fry with native spices, this time around we are going all out to create a bold and adventurous feast.
